General Equipment Co. appointed Phil Scudder as national sales manager. He is responsible for the development and coordination of sales and marketing for both national and independent accounts in the construction-related marketplace. He will also oversee General Equipment’s network of sales representative organizations in North America.
Prior to joining General Equipment, Scudder was vice president of sales for a leading manufacturer of specialized construction products. He has worked in the construction equipment industry since 1982 and has more than two decades of experience in professional sales management.
“Phil offers a lot of industry experience, and we’re excited to have him as our national sales manager,” said Dennis Von Ruden, president of General Equipment Co. “Bringing him on board shows our level of commitment to the industry and our desire to better serve our customers.”
