Doosan Infracore America marked two years of its 48-Hour Parts Guarantee Program for wheel loaders and excavators. The program guarantees that Doosan heavy equipment machine owners will receive replacement parts within two business days or Doosan will pay for a replacement machine rental. DIA promises to get the part to the customer wherever they are in North America.

“This is a different kind of parts guarantee program,” said Michael Stanley, president and chief operating officer Doosan Infracore America. “We focus on maximizing the uptime of the customer. It doesn’t matter if you get a free $2 part. It matters that you are working and making money for your business.”

Doosan said it is operating at 99 percent on-time and fulfilling its program commitment by providing a replacement machine to the customer if necessary.
