Doosan Infracore Portable Power last week named Todd Dufur as sales manager, truck-mounted equipment. In his new position, Dufur’s primary responsibility will be managing the sales channels for all United States and Canadian distributors and original equipment manufacturers. Dufur will also work with product marketing managers and engineers on new product development and long-range strategic planning.

Dufur started with Ingersoll Rand in 2004 where he was the global sourcing manager for engines. In that position, Dufur developed successful strategies for the commodity management of engines and components. He gained extensive project management experience by developing lead initiatives and strong relationships with vendors and distributors to enhance value in the Ingersoll Rand brand.

“Todd’s extensive knowledge and experience make him an excellent fit for Doosan Infracore Portable Power,” said Martin Levy, vice president of sales.

Previous to Ingersoll Rand, Dufur worked for CNH from 1997 to 2004. He held various positions with CNH including business manager for Consolidated Diesel Co., a joint venture between CNH and Cummins Inc.

Headquartered in Statesville, N.C., Doosan Infracore has a combined network of more than 3,500 dealers worldwide and 20 manufacturing plants in the U.S., Europe and China.
