CNH Parts & Service Contributes $25,440 to Susan G. Komen Foundation

CNH Parts & Service, the product support business of CNH Global N.V., last week announced its contribution of $25,440 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure — a foundation dedicated to finding ways to cure and prevent breast cancer around the world.

The contribution is part of the company's recent "pink" initiative to raise funds and awareness for the Susan G. Komen foundation. The program resulted in sales of more than 3,300 pink pedal tractors and pink scale model tractors so far this year.

"CNH Parts & Service is proud to support the far-reaching efforts of Susan G. Komen for the Cure," said Eric Bippus, vice president - marketing for CNH Parts & Service. "Our pink toy tractors are a fun and creative way to raise funds for the world's largest breast cancer organization."

Despite notable progress made in the past 25 years, breast cancer continues to claim more than 410,000 lives annually around the world. Over the next 25 years, another 25 million women and men will be diagnosed with breast cancer and another 10 million people will die from the disease.

The Susan G. Komen for the Cure Together has made tremendous progress toward eradicating breast cancer as a life-threatening disease through research, education, screening and treatment. The generosity of its donors is vital as it continues to help breast cancer patients today, and invests in the health of future generations.
