CNH Chief Financial Officer to Resign
CNH Global N.V. last week announced Rubin McDougal, chief financial officer, will resign from the company effective June 22. McDougal will be pursuing other business interests with a company outside the equipment industry. CNH says it will name a successor shortly.
Headquartered in Burr Ridge, Ill., CNH Global N.V. is a world leader in the agricultural and construction equipment businesses.
