Racine, Wis.-based Case Construction Equipment has named James Hasler vice president of the company. Formerly the director of strategic accounts, Hasler is now responsible for sales and marketing activities in the United States and Canada. He is charged with attracting new customers and helping to make Case customers more successful in their businesses.

Robert (Robin) Killian has been appointed director of strategic accounts. Killian’s responsibility encompasses direct sales to the U.S. military, national and regional rental companies and federal government agencies. He formerly led the commercial division of Case in North America.
