Autovision Wireless Acquires Telematics Provider LongView
Autovision Wireless, a Toronto-based fleet management company specializing in telematics, anti-idling and fleet management software, last week acquired LongView Advantage, Calgary, Alberta. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
LongView offers specialized telematics solutions for the construction and equipment rental industries and is a leading provider of anti-theft telematics services. LongView has been in business for more than a decade and has more than 100 customers based in Canada and the United States.
The companies said all LongView services will continue to be offered and the LongView Advantage trademark and brand will continue.
