Alta Lift Truck Services Acquires Van’s Industrial Equipment
Alta Lift Truck Services has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Van’s Industrial Equipment. Alta, based in Wixom, Mich., provides new, used and rental lift trucks from nine locations in Michigan. The company was founded in 1984 by Steven Greenawait.
Van’s, based in Wyoming, Mich., was founded in 1931, and is a supplier and service provider for industrial equipment.
