Xylem plans to expand its dewatering rental offering in France during the next three years, the company said. This year, Xylem will strengthen its dedicated dewatering rental departments in Paris and Bordeaux and will launch new dewatering rental services in Brittany, Lille and Toulouse in 2013. The company will expand to other locations in 2014, it said.

Xylem said there is a growing need within the construction market globally for expert providers of complete, turnkey dewatering solutions.

“Xylem’s new dedicated dewatering rental services in France are designed to cater specifically to the needs of local customers,” said Thierry Vasseur, Xylem product manager for dewatering and rental services in France. “Each rental fleet will be organized so that it aligns with whatever specific services our local customers require. Our services will include installation and dismantling, maintenance on site and 24/7 site supervision.”
