Tat Hong Incorporates China Tower Crane Rental Company
Singapore-based crane rental company Tat Hong has incorporated Si Chuan Tat Hong Yuan Zheng Machinery Construction Co., its new joint venture renting tower cranes in China, which it established in August 2009.
Tat Hong’s wholly owned subsidiary Tat Hong China Equipment owns 25 percent of the new venture, while its subsidiary Beijing Tat Hong Zhaomao Equipment Rental Co. owns 45 percent.
