Dirk Konings was recently named senior account manager for Dordrecht, Netherlands-based Riwal.

Riwal, one of the world’s largest specialists in the rental and sales of aerial work platforms, named Dirk Konings senior account manager as of Feb. 1. Konings has worked in the powered access business 36 years. Since 2008, he has served as account manager for Platform Sales Europe, and has established a lot of international contacts. At Riwal, Konings will focus on international clients and projects.

Riwal is one of Europe’s largest rental companies. Based in Dordrecht, Netherlands, Riwal has branches in The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, France, Spain, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, The Baltic States, England, Kazakhstan, Brazil, and the Middle East. It has a combined fleet of more than 12,000 aerial work platforms and more than 2,000 telehandlers and other forklifts.
