Ramirent s.r.o., the Czech wholly owed subsidiary of Ramirent Plc, has agreed to acquire the rental business of KMB Stavebni Servis s.r.o., a telehandler rental specialist with business throughout the Czech Republic.
Ramirent, based in Helsinki, Finland, is one of the largest rental companies in the Nordic countries, Central and Eastern Europe. It has 283 branches in 12 countries. Ramirent established operations in the Czech Republic in 2006 and, with the acquisition, will widen its customer base and strengthen its position in the Czech rental market.
