HSS Hire has added new features to its HSS LiveHire tool management system, which gives larger clients firm control and transparency of tool and equipment rental contracts. The system features a live dashboard that keeps users up to speed with live contacts, outstanding invoices as well as any items that need to be off-rent on a given day.
HSS LiveHire allows for separate user accounts to be installed, with differing levels of access if required. Products include an image and product specifications, as well as a downloadable operation and safety guide.
New features recently added include electronic proof of delivery and collection, as well as an electronic expected time of arrival for each rental.
“We believe having access to a wealth of ‘real-time’ information regarding hires creates greater efficiency and control, which, in turn, combine to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget,” said Fiona Perrin, key account director at HSS.
HSS Hire has more than 250 stores and “supercentres” in the U.K. and Ireland.
