Case Construction Equipment has announced its alliance with the Roots Group in Saudi Arabia to distribute its full line of equipment in that country. The announcement was made at a joint press conference held during the opening ceremony at the new Roots headquarters and showroom dedicated to Case Construction in Jeddah, the Arab News reported.

The Roots Group, with revenues of SR2.5 billion (about U.S. $666 million) in 2011, is a leading player in Saudi Arabia’s construction industry, with extensive experience in the industry in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Fabrizio Cepollina, vice president of construction equipment operations for CNH International, said Saudi Arabia’s construction sector is the largest and fastest growing market in the Gulf region.
