Dallas-based Briggs Equipment, a distributor and supplier of forklift trucks, industrial equipment and construction equipment, recently received a technology and innovation award from the United Kingdom Warehousing Association for its highly acclaimed BE Fleet ‘Speedshield’ asset management tool.

Speedshield, introduced in the United States in 2008, is new to the U.K. and promotes optimum safety and efficiency while giving customers complete control over their fleet. Exclusive to Briggs Equipment, BE Fleet’s Speedshield directly impacts bottom-line costs with real time reporting on speed, truck efficiency, damage and misuse.
