Construction equipment dealer and rental company Yes Equipment & Services is expanding for the second time in about a year, moving its Yes JCB division to new, larger quarters, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
The division rents and sells skid-steer loaders, telescopic forklifts, wheel loaders and other machines manufactured by JCB. It also sells and rents Yale lift trucks from locations in Menomonee Falls, Wis., and suburban Chicago.
The move will give Yes JCB 29,000 square feet of building on more than eight acres of land, nearly twice the building space and more than six times the acreage as its previous facility, which the company moved to about a year ago. Owner and CEO Cliff Anglewicz said sales and rentals have been strong, creating the need for more space for the company, which has increased revenue 30 percent in 2011 compared to 2010.
