Wynne Systems this week announced it has integrated its RentalMan business software system for the equipment rental industry with IntelliChief's Paperless Process Management Solution.

The RentalMan software suite is designed to enable users to streamline business operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, equipment maintenance, rental and sales management and sales analysis. IntelliChief is a provider of document management and workflow, enterprise faxing, electronic forms, and laser MICR checks for the IBM i (System i, iSeries, and AS/400) enterprise.

The partnership brings a new document imaging solution to RentalMan users, and also replaces the legacy electronic forms product with which RentalMan was previously working. RentalMan customers can now eliminate paper, filing cabinets, and streamline operations by having all their key business documents in electronic format. The new integration gives users the ability to capture incoming faxes, emails, and paper documents as digital images that can be managed, reviewed, routed to other users, archived, and distributed electronically.

RentalMan users can now manage rental agreements, counter sales, equipment swaps, and sales documents digitally. Their purchase-to-pay processes are also all handled electronically so that at no time will users have to get up from their desks and go look through a filing cabinet.
