Volvo Rents has opened a branch in Eloy, Ariz., on a site that was once a car wash. The new building is being refurbished and should be completed within a few months, the company said.

Volvo Rents spent a year studying the Eloy area before opening the branch, according to online news reports. Jeff Bleecker and Lance Evic own the Arizona Volvo Rents franchise, based in Tucson, with other branches in Thatcher and Miami, Ariz. Manager of the branch is Roger Sargeant.

Volvo Rents is No. 17 on the RER 100.
