Asheville, N.C. — Volvo Rents' Alabama franchise, Southeast Construction Rental, has opened a branch in Birmingham, Ala., the company's third facility. SCR has existing branches in Calera and Huntsville, Ala.

Volvo Rents also opened a new rental center in North Pole, Alaska. Brice Equipment is owned and operated by the Brice family, and it's Volvo Rents' first facility in Alaska.

Volvo Rents, No. 19 on the RER 100, now has 84 rental centers in North America, 79 in Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Poland and Austria) and one in Mexico.
