Aerial work platform rental company Trico Lift has opened a new branch in San Antonio, the second facility it has opened in Texas in less than a year. Trico, based in Millville, N.J., opened in Houston in September of 2008. The company said Billy Abshire will oversee the two Texas locations, and Trico named Danny Lewis service manager in the new San Antonio branch.
“San Antonio is a very exciting opening for us,” said Trico Lift president Ken Pustizzi. “It’s a great city and we’re happy to be here to support local business and industry as well as the development and activities happening throughout the area.”
Trico Lift has expanded significantly in the past year and now has nine branches in New Jersey, Texas, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. The company has also received awards for its safety program, including a Contractor Merit Award presented to the company in May by the National Petrochemical and Refineries Association.
Trico Lift is No. 50 on the RER 100.
