Tops N Barricades, a highway safety business based in Indio, Calif., is planning to expand into a vacant 25,000-square-foot building next door to its current headquarters, the Palm Springs Daily Sun reported last week. The company plans to use the building for office space and a warehouse.

Tops N Barricades sells and rents traffic safety equipment, including vests and barricades, cones, jackets, hard hats and solar-powered flashing lights.
