TNT Crane & Rigging has named Deana Haygood chief financial officer. Haygood took over the lead accounting and finance position as vice president of finance in March.

“She has not only stepped up and performed the entire role, but she worked tirelessly and with an effective competence through our recapitalization process,” said TNT CEO Mike Appling in an internal memo. “She was a big part of making our Odyssey Investment Partners deal a very successful transaction. We now have a new private equity sponsor ready to grow and an extremely strong capital base and she was a big part of the consummation of these transactions.”

Appling added that Alex Murray was promoted to branch manager of the Houston office. “[Murray] has taken over many of the day-to-day operations of the Houston branch and has done a great job,” Appling said. “He also coordinates bids and transportation for much of the larger crane work across our entire branch network.”

Appling also said Randy Dobbs will now oversee nine branch and operations managers.

Odyssey Investment Partners recently completed its acquisition of a majority interest in the Houston-based crane rental company.
