Texada Finalizes Acquisition of Rolls Scaffold & High Reach

GUELPH, Ontario — Texada Software has finalized the acquisition of the operating assets of Rolls Scaffold & Equipment, a four-location rental company based in Ventura, Calif., specializing in the aerial equipment rental segment.

Texada announced the acquisition agreement Aug. 2. Based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, Texada is an enterprise software business providing solutions for equipment rental and mobile equipment.

Rolls Scaffold & High Reach is No. 88 on the RER 100.
