Texada Software this week completed the final closing of its previously announced fully subscribed $4 million non-brokered private placement. The company issued 2.5 million common shares at 10 cents per share for gross proceeds of $250,000. On Aug. 30, Texada said it had issued 37.5 million common shares at the same price, for gross proceeds of $3.75 million.

Texada recently acquired Rolls Scaffold and High Reach, based in Ventura, Calif.

Texada, which provides software solutions for equipment rental businesses, is based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
