A 12,000-square-foot building recently leased by Sunbelt Rentals in Chandler, Ariz., was recently sold by Pecos SBR, LLC to The Bennett Family Trust of Portland, Ore., for $4.97 million or about $414 per square foot.

The building was constructed this year on a 2.7-acre lot. Sunbelt Rentals plans to fully occupy the facility and recently signed a new 15-year triple-net lease.

Based in Fort Mill, S.C., Sunbelt Rentals is No. 4 on the RER 100.
