Sunbelt Rentals this week announced the opening of a New England Pump & Power location in Shrewsbury, Mass. The new location will serve the greater New England area, including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Maine.

Sunbelt Rentals’ Pump & Power Specialty Division offers customers a turnkey solution for highly specialized job requirements such as sewer bypass projects, large events, emergency power and many others. “Our extensive product fleet includes a wide range of high-performance pumps, power generation equipment, temperature control equipment, desiccant dehumidifiers, large air compressors and trench shoring equipment,” said Kyle Horgan, operational vice president. “Our focus is to provide tailored solutions for all our customers’ challenges. Opening this new location allows us to expand our capabilities and continue to serve this important sector of the rental industry.”

With the Shrewsbury opening, the division has 23 Pump & Power locations.

Based in Fort Mill, S.C., Sunbelt Rentals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ashtead Group plc, is No. 3 on the RER 100.
