Last week, RER Reports incorrectly reported that Sunbelt Rentals sold its 12,000-square-foot facility in Chandler, Ariz. The facility was sold by Pecos SBR, LLC to The Bennett Family Trust of Portland, Ore., for $4.97 million or about $414 per square foot. Sunbelt Rentals, which has not yet moved into the facility, recently signed a new 15-year triple-net lease on the building. RER Reports regrets the error.
