Stewart & Stevenson LLC, a Houston-based company that manufactures, sells and rents products for the oil and gas and other industries, named John Simmons chief financial officer and a director of the company. Simmons has worked for the company as controller and chief accounting officer for Stewart & Stevenson Services. He also served as CEO and vice chairman for Stewart & Stevenson LLC.
