Steven Willand Inc. Expands Distribution Territory in New England

Steven Willand Inc., a wholesale commercial power equipment distributor based in Augusta, N.J., was recently awarded the New York and New England territories for Husqvarna’s RedMax, Dixon and Bluebird brands of power equipment.

SWI distributes more than 20 brands of power equipment to dealerships from Washington D.C. to Maine.

SWI began in 1966 as a family-owned retail lawn and garden dealer in the Fairfield, N.J. area. In the early 1970’s, SWI moved into wholesale distribution with lines such as Bunton, Ariens, BOB-CAT, and other commercial lawn and garden products. Today, SWI distributes RedMax commercial handheld power equipment, BOB-CAT mowers, Ryan turf renovation equipment, Classen renovation products, Little Wonder debris management and turf renovation products, Mantis home and garden products, Kipor generators, Magnum salt and sand spreaders, Meyer Path Pro, Drive Pro and Homeplow, Dixon ZTR mowers and Bluebird renovation equipment.
