Stephenson's Rental Service Income Fund last week announced a cash distribution of CA 9 cents (U.S. about 8 cents) per Class A unit for the period from March 1 to March 31, to be paid April 16, to holders of record of Class A units of the fund on March 31.

The announcement of the March distribution is the 20^th consecutive distribution to be declared by the fund consistent with its intention to pay regular monthly cash distributions in the estimated amount of CA 9 cents per Class A unit.

The fund also announced a cash distribution of CA 3 cents (about U.S. 2 cents) per Class B unit for the period Jan. 1 to March 31, to be paid April 16, to holders of record of Class B units of the fund on March 31.
