Split-Fire Sales Adds Skalkos to Sales and Marketing Team
Chris Skalkos is the new director of sales and marketing for Split-Fire Sales, a manufacturer of hydraulic wood-splitters and chippers in Canada.
Split-Fire Sales has named former Canadian Rental Service editor Chris Skalkos director of sales and marketing. Skalkos spent 12 years covering the equipment rental industry in Canada. He also worked as account manager for Marketing Strategies & Solutions, London, Ontario, Canada.
“Split-Fire Sales has a great reputation in the rental industry with a line of high-quality hydraulic wood-splitters and chippers that I have seen in many rental yards that I have visited,” said Skalkos.
General manager Matt VanVliet said the rental industry in both the U.S. and Canada is a primary market for Split-Fire Sales and he will be working with Skalkos to develop a creative and successful marketing program specifically for rental operators.
Split-Fire Sales is based in Norwich, Ontario, Canada.
