Safway Group, one of the world’s leading scaffolding rental companies, has acquired North American Coatings and its group of companies including CL Coatings, Industrial Coatings & Fireproofing and SEI Coatings. NAC specializes in the application of high-performance coatings in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power, refining, marine, manufacturing, transportation and commercial construction industries. The acquisition strengthens Safway’s position as a multi-service industrial services provider offering scaffolding, insulation and painting.

The NAC companies will continue to operate independently as the painting, coatings and fireproofing subsidiary of the Safway Group.
