RMI Corp. this week released Contact Relationship Management for Advantage Mobile users. In addition to the features already available, with CRM enabled Advantage Mobile users can generate rental or sales quotes, look-up customer and prospect information including history, email current and historical customer documents (including invoices and receipts), and more.

CRM for Advantage Mobile is immediately available to RMI’s Advantage customers.
An Advantage Mobile user interacts with Advantage through a simplified interface designed specifically for the small screens found on smart phones, barcode scanners and other mobile devices. The Mobile user’s refined functionality is delivered at a lower cost than a full system user, enabling users to cost-effectively get the most out of RMI Advantage, the company says.
