Fargo, N.D.-based RDO Equipment Co. recently acquired B&B Heavy Equipment Sales & Rentals, one of the largest heavy equipment rental suppliers serving southern California and beyond. With this acquisition, 69 B&B employees have joined the organization.

The combination of B&B Equipment Rental and RDO Equipment Co. provides customers with an expanded rental equipment offering through more locations in southern California and Arizona. B&B Equipment Rental will assume the lead role for the rent-to-rent business of the combined entity. Bob Wheelington, B&B Equipment Rental’s president, will provide the day-to-day leadership for the rental operation.
