Lift truck manufacturer Hyster Co. recently named Eugene, Ore.-based Papé Material Handling as a 2008 Dealer of Distinction. The Hyster recognition program defines the basic business practices and performance standards necessary to develop and maintain a professional and successful Hyster dealership. Focusing on critical business areas that drive a dealership’s long-term prosperity and growth, the program measures key performance indicators such as operations, finances, customer service, employee relations and sales performance.
