Orion Software last week announced an agreement with payment processing company, Mercury Payment Systems. Mercury offers payment services using PCI Data Security Standard technology to deliver fast and dependable credit card processing. The partnership will allow Orion Software’s rental management software, SiriusPro, to offer direct credit card payment within its suite of features.

Orion Software’s SiriusPro rental software was developed to manage the various needs of the rental business. It is designed to help rental businesses increase revenues by improving asset utilization while reducing costs of operation.

The partnership will enable SiriusPro software users to re-use customer credit card information without the security risks through full compliance with PCI DSS regulations. This allows for faster payment processing and increased customer satisfaction.

Mercury Payment Systems partners with point-of-sale developers and resellers to provide merchants with integrated payment solutions. Its processing platform is integrated and available for free in hundreds of POS systems.
