Neff Rental recently opened branches in Birmingham, Ala., and Bossier City, La. According to the company’s web site, when a handful of Neff customers with offices in the Birmingham area contacted the company about whether or not it had plans to come to Alabama, Neff was already researching the area. The branch there is equipped to support construction contractors and industrial customers.

Neff said a similar process led to opening its Bossier City branch. “We have several good customers working in petroleum and natural gas production in west Texas that expanded their operations into the Haynesville Shale area,” Neff’s web site states. “Over the years we have developed expertise in supporting the equipment rental needs of these customers and we found the demand for that expertise growing in the Shreveport, La., area.”
