National Trench Safety Opens New Branch Operation in Salt Lake City
National Trench Safety, a Houston-based company specializing in the rental and sales of trench and traffic safety equipment, as well as OSHA-compliant training classes, announced today that it opened a new branch in Salt Lake City.
“We are very excited about our new Salt Lake City operation,” said Ron Chilton, NTS president. “Salt Lake City is the largest metropolitan population area in the state of Utah and the city and state has experienced a strong level of sustained infrastructure growth over the last few years. Salt Lake City is also centrally located in the state, which allows us to cover a large market area from our new facility. Based on the existing customer base NTS has previously established in the Salt Lake market coupled with the expected demand for NTS products and services, NTS has invested more upfront fleet dollars in our new Salt Lake branch than normal, to assure we can respond to the market needs in a timely manner.”
The Salt Lake City branch is the 10th branch operation for National Trench Safety in the United States. NTS now has branch operations in California, Arizona, Utah, Texas and Louisiana.
In maintaining the objective of building a nationwide network of trench and traffic safety branches, NTS plans to open at least two additional new branch operations in 2011 with additional branches planned to follow in 2012. For more information about NTS, visit www.ntsafety.com.
