Myshak Crane Acquires Foothills Crane Service
Acheson, Alberta-based Myshak Crane & Rigging Ltd. recently acquired Red Deer, Alberta- based Foothills Crane Service. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Myshak president Corey Mitchell said Foothill president Doug McLellan will continue with the company and manage the branch, the Edmonton Journal reported. McLennan founded the company in 1988 and grew it into a formidable local crane rental player.
Myshak was founded in 1996 by Mike Myshak and his son Jim.
