Modern Group, a leading distributor of material handling products, construction equipment, and power generation products, announced that Rob Carcione has returned to the Modern Group in the newly created position of inside sales and Internet sales representative.
“Modern is moving forward and their creation of this new role reinforces their commitment to a leadership position in using technology to help our customers,” said Carcione. “Modern is ahead of the curve, and I am happy to contribute.”
“Rob’s return is a wonderful thing for Modern,” said chief operating officer Paul Farrell. “Rob is part of the fabric of our company. We have committed to a greater role of internet sales and, when we created the position, we all believed Rob was the ideal candidate given his previous role as marketing manager at Modern.”
Modern Group provides sales, leasing, short-term rental, service, parts, training and financing solutions through its forklifts, power systems, construction and warehouse products businesses. Based in Bristol, Pa., Modern has 10 locations serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. It is No. 102 on the new RER 100.
