Maxim Crane Elects New Chairman
The board of directors of Maxim Crane Works Holdings recently elected Jack McGovern chairman of the board, replacing Bill Redmond who served as chairman since February 2005. McGovern has been a director since January 2005, and served as chairman of the audit committee.
McGovern currently serves on the board of directors of GenTek Inc., Neenah Paper and Payless Shoes Source. He has been a founder and partner of Aurora Capital LLC since 1999.
Based in Pittsburgh, Maxim Crane Works is No. 7 on the RER 100.
