All Erection and Crane Rental Corp. last week announced the latest version of its LS3 lift simulation software, which recreates the environment of lifting equipment to plan applications, improve safety and reduce costs.

LS3 software is preloaded with specifications, capacities and load data for every crane in All Erection’s fleet. Input screens take basic application, site and lift data and then provides 3D simulation of the lift, suggesting proper crane, outrigger load-bearing pressures, crane capacities and percentages of the crane’s capacity being used.
The simulation software is an inhouse tool used by All’s application engineers. Lift-planning service is free to customers.
