Kiely Equipment Co. and Astec Underground North Atlantic held their first annual joint open house in Long Branch, N.J., on August 18. Current and potential customers of both companies, as well as vendors were invited to attend.
"We are very pleased with the success of our two companies and wanted to celebrate with those who have helped make our current accomplishments possible," said John Kiely, president of both Astec Underground North Atlantic and Kiely Equipment.
On display at the event was Kiely Equipment Co.'s line of Environmental Safety Equipment such as the Wheelwash cleaning system, truck-mounted attenuators, automated cone trucks, message and arrow boards, signs, cones, barricades, light towers,
generators and compressors.
Astec Underground North Atlantic showed its rubber-tire trenchers, earth pro chains and teeth, ride-on vibratory plows, irrigation and utility plow blades, horizontal directional
drills, premium drill pipe and tooling, and mud mixing and recycling systems.
A barbeque-style dinner was served and items such as hats and T-shirts, were given to guests. Additionally, a business card raffle was held.
