JPW Riggers Sells Small Crane and Rigging Assets

JPW Riggers, based in Syracuse, N.Y., last week sold assets associated with its daily crane rental and rigging services division to the C&S Companies. The sale includes two 90-ton cranes, a 50-ton crane, a 35-ton crane, a 15-ton crane, 12 forklifts with capacities ranging from two to 15 tons, and a variety of rigging and specialty equipment.

JPW sold the assets to better focus on its growing market for larger cranes with capacities of 200 tons and more, as well as windmill construction and maintenance.

C&S, based in North Syracuse, is an architecture, engineering, planning, construction and construction management company. Its crane and rigging division serves industrial, manufacturing, health care, education and contracting markets.
