JLG Pulls Out of Rental Show

JLG Industries recently pulled out of participation in the World of Concrete and American Rental Associations’ Rental Show, JLG’s marketing communications manager Jeff Ford confirmed.

“It was a tough decision, ARA is a great association,” Ford told RER. “But we are pulling back resources, trying to focus on services that directly impact our customers. A lot of companies are reducing participation in trade shows in light of the economic situation. It is very expensive to exhibit. We want to keep our resources focused on keeping our customers happy with the services we provide. As the economy improves, I imagine we’ll revisit the situation and consider future trade show involvement.”
