South Plainfield, N.J.-based JESCO, one of New Jersey's leading construction equipment dealerships, last week announced that John Deere appointed Emil Pescatore to its dealer marketing board, also known as MARCOM.
MARCOM is a combination of John Deere marketing professionals and John Deere dealer marketing representatives who meet on a monthly basis to discuss marketing strategies and initiatives for both John Deere and John Deere dealers.
Pescatore's responsibilities include participation in monthly meetings discussing feedback and experiences regarding the dealer and John Deere marketing strategies. Members of the board take successful strategies and implement them in their own marketing efforts.
Pescatore joined JESCO in December 2003. He is currently managing JESCO's Mt. Holly dealership in Lumberton, New Jersey.
