Finning, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, has selected Lawson Software to enhance its customer service capability. Finning will use Lawson applications for equipment service management and rental business to improve customer service and support growth. It will also use Lawson’s S3 system to help optimize its human resources management.
Finning is based in Vancouver, Canada, and is the Caterpillar dealer for western Canada, the U.K., Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Bolivia. It is No. 13 on the RER 100.
