Central Welding Supply Acquires Pacific Welding Supplies

Marysville, Wash.-based Central Welding Supply, a supplier of welding equipment rentals and sales, has acquired Pacific Welding Supplies, which has six locations in Washington, adding to the 13 branches Central already has.

“Pacific Welding Supplies offers a retail and service territory with six southern Puget Sound locations,” said Dale Wilton, president of the family-owned Central. Before the transaction Pacific was owned and operated by the Fox family. Mike Fox founded Pacific as an equal partner in 1977 and became majority owner in 2004.
