Bill Mobley Sr., former owner of Ace Rentals in Los Alamitos, Calif., died last month while visiting friends in Tennessee.
Mobley started in the rental business in 1955. During his career, he served CRA’s Orange County chapter in various offices, including president, and served two terms on CRA’s board of directors.
“From the Orange County chapter meetings at Hal Gregg’s Steak House in Anaheim in the ‘60s and ‘70s to our recent CRA anniversary party in Indian Wells, Bill was there to bless us with his friendly personality and uplifting character,” said long-time CRA member Doug Strom.
Mobley is survived by his wife Jan and sons Bill Jr. and Ron.
