Aggreko LLC, international leader in rental power, temperature control and oil-free compressed air, last week said it has opened a new service center in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, to provide local support to industrial and commercial operations in western Canada.
“Over the last few years we have developed outstanding working relationships throughout Western Canada and believe our new local service center will deliver greater benefits to our existing and potential customers in the region,” said Andy Holland, area sales manager for Aggreko Canada.
Aggreko entered the Canadian market in 1990, utilizing its eastern Canada resources to serve Alberta’s petrochemical and refining industries. With the new location, the company will directly serve the Alberta market, as well as the regional oil and gas industries.
“Aggreko Process Services and Aggreko Cooling Tower Services, our engineering and cooling tower specialists, have been an integral part of delivering successful solutions to our customers,” Holland added. “From designing specialized systems to installing up to 14,000 tons of cooling tower capacity, we work closely with customers to help solve problems in preplanned and emergency situations.”
The branch is strategically located in the northeast industrial section of Edmonton to serve the petrochemical and refining industry as well as commercial interests throughout the region.
Based in Scotland, with North American headquarters in Houston, Aggreko is No. 13 on the RER 100.
